Been going to see Dr Mears for the past year for hormone optimization therapy. All I can say is wow, what a difference! When I started looking into hormone replacement treatment, the name I kept hearing was Dr. Mears. My own OB was seeing her for hormones so I figured how could I go wrong? I set up an appointment (which took forever to get into them) for a consult and ended up meeting with Dr. Mear's husband the first time(don't remember his name - sorry). He was quite pleasant and so stinking thorough that at the end I felt I had to at least give it a try. A year later, I'm hooked. I will never give up my hormones from Dr. M. They make me feel young again which is quite amazing for 52. I have energy, stamina, muscles, libido, metabolism, memory... the list goes on and on. I also don't have hot flashes and am able to sleep very well again. The main thing to remember is that Dr. M doesn't replace your hormones, she restores them back to what they were when you are younger and I must say, I feel much younger now!
