Worst mgmt ever and they charge for everything. be aware that your deposits will not be returned in full even if you clean the place up making it look new. If you do make the mistake of reupping on the lease like we did the transfer fee to move into another apartment is more than what a new resident will have to pay. 99.00 to 400.00. The staff acts as if they are the actual owners and really have power/control issues.
