We drove 6 1/2 hrs. from Houston to this hotel we had booked three months in advance. When we arrived they had given our deluxe queen room away. Isn't that what a reservation is for? Anyways, the rudest front desk girl in the world(Aeysha) decided it would be ok to put us in a standard double with one double bed! A shoe box! She was so mean to us the whole weekend that I was in tears upon departure. It wasn't just her though. The manger Layne promised us a better room which we never received and to comp our parking which guess again we never got. It almost ruined my vacation to the place I love except on the way home from Hotel Nightmare my boyfriend proposed. I don't want to forget that moment just the hell we went through at this hotel. They have beautiful places to stay in NO just pay a little bit more for a better place. Also, watch out for that witch Aeysha! Good Luck Pros: ok location Cons: slanted beds, rude front desk, a little noisy, lose reservations
