OMG, what a horrible experience! I have never been treated so rudely by a store owner IN MY LIFE! I recently spent several thousand dollars with these people. I used to love this store and in the past they have been friendly. I have shopped at this place for years Watch out, if you think they are nice they may turn on you. I thought (PAST TENSE) they were nice as well.
This place does not deliver. One must pick-up purchases yourself or pay a service. I was told by Mary, one of the workers who helped me that I had 30 days to have the furniture I purchased picked up. Apparently that was not the case.
Dennis, the owner, phoned me and was totally out of control rude and obnoxious. You would have thought I had plotted to make his life as difficult as possible. Ridiculous! Seriously a crazy miserable man with anger management issues. All he needed to do was BE NICE and explain his situation (he told me they needed the floor space) and we COULD have worked things out VERY easily.
I hope you understand the severity of my complaint. I plan on posting with the BBB as well. Nasty, nasty man.
I saw two other postings on the google site where people were treated very poorly by the owners (and workers) at Stillgoode, mine makes 3. How many people out there that wanted to post but haven?t?
