Was lied to not once, but 5 times...Just wanted my small driveway plowed..Came the first time, no problem last month..Since then, the previous 3 storms has been nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse...I know stuff happens sometimes but this guy never gave one phone call saying he was going to be late..Every time he said I will be right down, at least 2 hours would go before I would get a response...Then I got..""Well, the engine on my truck broke""...That happened twice..Okay, then why not call me and say that you are going to be late..I could have lived with that...However he didn't do that...It was one freakin lie after another....Had to get somebody else this guy and his company was totally unreliable...Then the last time I called him he says he is ""with a client"" and hangs up on me..This after being over 8 hours late to plow my small driveway and leaving me trapped in the house basically for two days...If you want a reliable snow plow buy, don't use this company....
