Review content:
This is a great Italian restaurant tucked into the suburbs. The decor is very pretty - upscale without being stuffy. The service is impeccable - professional, attentive, knowledgable with regard to dishes AND wines. The management is personable and concerned - I've been 4 times now and the manager always checks on the tables/customers and their level of satisfaction. I love that :) And then there's the food - their antipasto platter has everything it should and nothing it shouldn't! Fresh, authentic cheeses, olives, meats, roasted peppers, artichokes, etc. Beautiful flavors that didn't come from the grocery store deli!! The pasta dishes are excellent - particularly the carbonara. And the osso buco melts in your mouth - it is to die for. I'm certainly not a wine connoisseur, but no need to be - the waiter and/or manager will make the perfect recommendation. Don't miss out on this restaurant - it's worth the trip :) And it must be noted...if Olive Garden, Maggiano's, and Ippolito's are truly your thing - you are NOT eating Italian food. If you want to try true Italian flavor, try Luciano's. Oh, also, while this is a more upscale restaurant, it *is* family-friendly, and they have great pizzas that are perfect for our kids to split. Can't remember if they actually have a children's menu because we always just get the pizza for them. Between that, the antipasto platter, and some bread, they're set too :)
Pros: Great food, service, etc.
Cons: A little far from ""my area"" of town, but worth the drive to me.
