Well after the work was done, the bill was actually LESS than the estimate by like 250. So they are not trying to screw you. The first day was great. Got greeted and helped within 10 seconds of walking in and an estimate within 10 minutes and brought it back to be worked on the next day. Turn around time was ten days total. (Including weekends) Car looked like new! my car had aftermarket pin stripes on the side and they matched the paint and other side perfectly! Only thing I COULD complain about is the lack of communication on their part. I would have loved maybe one or two quick calls during the time they had my car to see where it was in the process. (IE just got the bumper in, getting painted today, should be done by friday.) Something like that. Sooooo, I finially called and he said it would be ready tomorrow morning but he would call me when all the paperwork was in order. By noon I called and indeed it was all ready, (and looking great!) but I did not get the promised phone call.
Pros: Great work! Like it never happened!
Cons: not much communication
