Union National Insurance is a rip off. They have incompetent agents working for them , the agents pick up clints payments and dont turn them in. A lot of elderly people are being ripped off by this company when death happen in your family people think they have insurance and they don't because of incompetent people like Carlos Chevez who they have working for them and he is preying on the elderly. My father changed his beneficiary a year before he passed away. Carlos Chevez never turned in the paper work to the main office and when the main office asked him about the paperwork he did not deny that my father sign the change and he said he turned it in to the office; the office told me there is nothing they can do; so I was stuck having to pay for my dad's burial out of pocket.
