My family, friend and I have played at the Isle for many years. They have had there ups and downs when it comes to customer service and food. We had a great host that would work with us and make our trip a good one. We went on April 22nd. And was very disapointed. Customer service was not good(no one smiling) the place looked dirty. I spoke with a host concerning this and he seem like he didn't have time to talk. Not good...our party of 4 left and went to 2 other Casinos and was treaded very well and due to us playing and loosing we were comped a large food voucher and the food there was awesome. the Isle, really needs to work on customer service and getting folks to come. Clean up the place and treat your customers as if all of them were high roller. And they will be back.
