Sushi chef personally selects from the fish markets daily best. Specializes in fish found only in Japan with correct texture of the rice. Sake selection is outstanding and the ambience is cozy. Staff is very friendly and attentive but on a recent busy night, service was a bit slow.
Pros: Best Sushi Chef, great sake selection, friendly management
