Review content:
I have gone to this clinic a few times now and the APRN Robert Gneiting is SO nice! He really takes the time to try to find out your symptoms and he genuinely seems to care. I have honestly never had a doctor spend more than 10 minutes with me before they are rushing me out the door and this certainly isn?t the case here. I was really blown away by the level of professionalism and care! On the downside; the office staff and medical assistants are not super friendly. The ladies at the front desk can be almost to the point of rude at times and seems their only concern is to get your money as soon as possible and send you on your way. They are very abrupt and always in a huge rush. I don?t think they necessarily intentionally mean to be rude, I think they are too unorganized and busy. (Almost seems chaotic at times) The medical assistants should show a little more empathy as they are in the medical field dealing with sick people. They don?t show any compassion really and at times it almost seems as though you are making their day a bad one just by being there. It feels awkward and uncomfortable at times because they are so cold and unfriendly! They also seem a little inexperienced and every time I have had to have my blood taken my arm is a bruised mess. Also the location is kind of a pain to get into however I have heard they are moving which will be a great help! All in all this is a good place to go especially if you are uninsured. The doctor will try to only take tests that are absolutely necessary and will try to save you as much money as possible.
