Review content:
Rancourt Collision & Auto Repair has always been good. When I walk in they know who I am, which is very nice. They call me by my first name, or they call me Mrs. Story, and they know which vehicles I have. They are very prompt, and they offer you a ride home if you need it.
The last experience I had with them, there was something that they did and it turned out to be not so good, but they fixed it right away. They took care of it all, so I was very pleased with that.
