Review content:
After breaking my foot, Lankenau Hospital's ER referred me to Main Line Foot & Ankle Center. The doctor I saw there was friendly and caring; however, after I told him my specific concerns and abnormal symtpoms he replied with ""oh, well that's weird"". I never really received any more detailed information from him about my injury. He did write me a few referrals to have some other kinds of testing done. I actually lost one of the referrals and called his office to have it rewritten only to be turned down. The secretary informed me that he didn't have enough time that day to rewrite a referral and fax it to another office so I could have some ultrasounds. It was so upsetting that I told her I would take a taxi to his office (broken foot, can't drive) to ask him in person. She finally called me back to say she had faxed it. A patient should not have to go through that.
Pros: very nice staff
Cons: level of care
