Review content:
Overall I will admit St. Anthony's is a good hospital. Mostly everything is modern and most of the Doctors that I've seen have been friendly and good at what they do. The billing department however is by far one of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealings with. What I mean is once you're in the system and you ever move or switch insurance companies you're pretty much screwed. For some reason the different departments can't coordinate updated information with the central billing department. By the time you realize there is a discrepency you're already in collections. When you call the billing department to see who they billed it's always the old insurance company and sent to your old address. They can never give you a straight answer on why it didn't update. No matter how many times you give them the right information the end result is the same. It got to the point where I had to switch hospitals because they still can't get it right. Pros: modern Cons: billing dept.
