Review content:
Shocked that there is still such a company that works with the customer not against the customer! I am so happy that someone has it together. I recently purchased furniture from Slumber Kids, and I had a tiny ""concealed"" damage on my sons dresser. I called customer service, and the customer service was amazing, the lady was so appoligetic and friendly, she ordered my replacement . Also shocked that the new one arrived in such a timely fashion. The delivery crew swaped the items and we were so happy! Shocked that companies today stick to their words! Thanks to the sales staff, the customer service staff, and the delivery crew! I will tell my friends and family where to go for baby or kids stuff!
