Review content:
Went to the salon this past weekend for a hair trial for my June wedding. I met with Kathy and she was very nice and did a good job on my hair. The way my hair looked was just how I asked for it?then the problems began. When she attached my headpiece (a handmade pearl tiara) she broke 2 pieces off. She kept saying that the pearls needed to stand up straighter and kept pushing them forward, but she just had the headband angled wrong ? she told me just to super glue it. It was an $80 crown that was handmade, it can?t just be super glued.
Pros: Stylist did my hair well, exactly how I asked
Cons: Fail to resolve issues, unethical, cost more than its worth
