Review content:
I went to this salon to get extensions, and was ASSURED that they would not wreck my real hair. The staff seemed so bored to be there, only talking to each other, and giving client's dirty looks. The extensions looked good for a month before they started looking ratty. I got them taken out, and was HORRIFIED. My hair is now ridiculously thin, and about four inches shorter than it was pre-extension. When I pointed this out, I was brushed off, and was told, ""you just think that because you got used to the extra hair."" So I went home to look at pictures pre-extension, and it was definitely not in my head. I had wanted to grow my hair out, and was told this would help. Now, I have to chop my hair off because of the damage they caused. This is definitely a trashy place, and the staff seems untrained. They're more interested in making sales than they are about their client's satisfaction.
