The deal went down fast exactly as Reed said
smooth as pie, great place in great neighborhood!
I had been looking for a place for a while and so I met several
realtors. I knew what I was looking for had all my info together very
organized with reference letters and financials. I am self employed
and had been beat out of a couple places so I was a little gun shy.
I had been fine tuning my application package so I could give them my exact info so nobodys time or money was wasted and it worked out great.
