Wow....I don't even know where to start. First off, when I walked into NAP, I was impressed with their building and the reviews that I saw online. They looked reputible and were very friendly. We knew which car we wanted to look at and it had just barely came in as a trade in and hadn't been cleaned, inspected or anything. John (our salesman) went to get the car in their trade lot. It reeked of a ""Black Ice"" air freshener that John quickly put in the car before letting us drive it. (to cover up the smoke smell). It did a great job. We loved the car but it was getting dark so we couldn't see the exterior and it was really really dirty. We negotiated prices and came to an agreement. We were told the car would be detailed, have 4 new tires put on it and that any door dings or minor scratches would be fixed. It also had a keyless entry that WORKED when we were test driving it. We waited for 2 HOURS for the finance guy. Ozzy was the finance guy and he was very unfriendly and not sympathetic to the fact that we had been waiting for so long. We were told we could come on Monday to pick up the car as it needed the safety inspection as well as the other repairs we were promised. I called multiple times that Monday and John was never available. I finally called and spoke with Derek in Service. He told me that some parts were needed like a new tie rod and a wheel barring so the car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday....Not a HUGE deal but still annoying. Tuesday, I call John and he tells me that the car is ready, but Derek calls me 10 minutes later and says that the car won't be ready until Wednesday morning. I leave my house on Wednesday morning around 9:00am with my 1 yr old. I get to the dealership, get my baby situated and all my things put in the car, but then realize that the car is FILTHY! There was also a stain on the driver seat and back seat that wasn't there before. I walked back into the dealership and asked John if the car had been detailed and he said that it was. He came out and looked at it and said well we can have you come back and we'll clean it. I love 1 hour from NAP so I said hell no, I won't come back, you'll do it now and you'll do a good job! I left the car and went to the mall with my baby. Came back, 2 hours later....it looks like they vacuumed it and spot cleaned it. Doesn't smell like shampoo or anything. So, I leave with the car to run errands closer to home. When I went to get back in the car after grocery shopping I realize that I only have 3 new tires and 1 old one!! Also, there are several door dings and scratches that never got taken care of. ALSO, the car is starting to smell like smoke now that the sick Black Ice smell is out of it. Also, the keyless entry is broken on the inside where the battery is placed. At this point, I'm thinking this is ridiculous. I tried calling John 3 or 4 times and each time he was ""unavailable"". My husband called later that day and spoke with John and he basically told my huband that there wasn't anything he could do about the remote, scratches, or door dings. But, he said he would talk to the GM about he tires and alignment. To make a long story short, I have an appointment this week to have the 4th tire put on and the alignment done, so we'll see how this goes. Overall, Im disgusted and am going to take the car to a reputable dear in my home town to have a 2nd safetly inspection because I don't trust NAP one bit!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
