I'm compelled to write this after one of the worst experience I've been through. I placed an order via phone call today and was told it will take 10 mins. I was in a rush so this is good news. However when I showed up 20 mins later, the food is not ready yet due to miscommunication between the waiters. No one even said sorry to me and they just talked to each others. Since I couldn't wait, I told the waiter that I will be back for the pick up later. When I was back 30 mins later, I couldn't believe it when the food was still not ready. And here is the insulting part...I was told, ""I thought you do not want the food since you walked out earlier"". I simply told him that ""I said I will be back just now"" and this time I really walked out and I will never return again. (I would have expected the manager to call since they have my numbers when I placed the order and apologized after what I went through, which was a complete waste of my time, but no call whatsoever). So as I said, if you want to try the food, you might want to try your luck with eat in (again, with how I was treated, I doubt the service is going to be the greatest), you might be wasting your time if you try to order a pick up.
