A wonderful group of people who really are great at what they do. They are extremely kind and professional and provide excellent service and a wide range of glasses for every budget. I have purchased my last three pairs of glasses and am always pleased with my purchases. Dr. Richard Neuenfeldt is simply the best at what he does, he is far and above any other Optrician I have ever been to. They will make you feel like you are the most important person in the store and strive for total customer satisfaction. Now the only reason I did not post five stars is due to the lab that they use. With each pair of glasses I order, their always seems to be an issue with either an ""extra"" fee because my lenses in my glasses are said to be ""oversized"" and thus I am told I must pay a little more for my glasses. Also an issue seems to be getting your glasses in a timely fashion. Each time I order my glasses I must wait 10 business days which seems a little long for me. I wear Tag Heuer glasses which are expensive and it would be nice to get said glasses sooner than two weeks. If you go to Neuenfeldt family eyecare you must meet with Patty, she is awesome, she is very attentive and provides wonderful customer service. She is also happy to help with any service of questions you may have. If you dont mind waiting a little longer for your glasses, there is no better place to get a qualtiy pair of glasses than Neuenfeldt family eyecare.
