Review content:
I have been going to Kelsey Seybold Clinic for a long time. The fact that one person has stated that they had a bad experience is not uncommon. I have been to most of there Clinic's around town and the ones that had the most problem are the people that do not treat anyone with respect. Not that it is their polcity but you get what you give. I have always had great service wheather it is just for a check-in or I am sick. From the billing that I have had it very easy to feel like a number but you must understand that the billing department never sees you. The front desk staff and Doctors have always been friendly and will talk with you while you check-in to see the Doctor. Pros: Many different clinics and can be a one stop shop. Cons: Rude people that come in to office and are rude to staff and other people.
