Review content:
The person before me (and my roommate) had a pet and when we moved in the carpet in our living room smelled like urine (imagine that in the summer, in oklahoma!) When I first went in to talk to them about it, the guy I talked to was very rude and told me that there was nothing he could do about it since the carpet had already been professionally cleaned. Well, they finally replaced our carpet but it took over a month (of headache and a urine-smelling apartment) before we convinced them to do it.
Oh, and it didnt have a garbage disposal (our contract said it did), the smoke detector didn't work, and the light above the kitchen sink broke and was hanging down by two wires for about a week before someone came to fix it.
And I know that it's an apartment and it is not going to be perfect, but the person that we dealt with (over and over) was rude!!!
Pros: Example: best croissants in town
Cons: not friendly!
