Review content:
I lived in Steeplechase Apartments for 10 months. they never ffixed anything. The buildings are not up to code there are some significant health code violations that need to be recognized. My ceiling fell in because of a water leak in the upstairs apartment and they out right refused to fix it. They tought they could put up a grate over the gaping hole in my ceiling and it would be all better. There also was mildew growing up my bedroom wall where it leaked and my carpet was constantly wet and when i complained they said they only had one maintenance man and it would be a month before they could repair it. Also there was a natural gas leak that put me and my 1 year old daughter in the hospital. I was promised a new apartment and all I got was a stove replacement. Also they never showed me my apartment before I signed the lease and when I moved in the carpet was nasty and they didnt put new in until 7 months later. So I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone at anytime.

Cons: No maintenance men on call
