Without a doubt the coolest and most-helpful shop in the Sacramento Area. I've been to a few shops in Sac and most have either tried to sell me garbage or made me feel like a loser because I was not in the market for a $3000 system. From the moment I called MIke's I knew I had found the right shop. 1. They were having a sale on Hertz speakers and their prices matched the big online store w**fersetc. 2. They really listened to me and my needs and never made me feel dumb and never tried to get me to exceed my budget. 3. They get me in and out of there in just a couple of hours. 4. When I asked Mark (the manager) if there was a nearby theater around where I could catch a flick while I waited he offered to drive me there!! Hows that for customer service. I picked out a pair of Hertz HSK 165 for the front and some HCX 165 for rear fill. They also attached a new AUX cable to the back of my head unit since I damaged my old one. While I was chillin' in the theater down the street they got my ride tuned up and ready to roll. My car sounds GREAT! I mean incredible. I WILL SIMPLY USE NO OTHER CAR AUDIO SHOP AS LONG AS I LIVE IN THE SACRAMENTO AREA, PERIOD! Thanks Mark, Mike and the whole crew. You guys have won a customer for life!
