Mike's Sound Solutions met what I originally went in for and came up with effective ways to improve sound and video quality in my vehicle, some that I didn't even know existed. I went in to improve my stereo's sound, and I didn't even realize how many options are available to enhance the riding pleasure in my automobile.
They took me through the thorough process and fitted me with the products to meet my needs. They did not oversell or undersell me. We had open discussions on what's needed and what's unnecessary.
When I was in their store, they had plenty of displays, and they went through the process of finding out my needs and what I was looking for. They didn't just push the top of the line, they took the time to ask what I was expecting and bring up situations that I might not have realized. It was an open discussion, not a high pressure environment, to find out my needs and what the right products are for my needs.
