I recently got into an accident, and the Atlanta police called over this towing company to come tow my car. The driver was nice enough to call in and quote us a price ($105). He was finishing his shift so he had to drop of my car at the lot, and get the next driver on shift to deliver my car to it's destination. HOWEVER, later when I called I was to be charged over double what I was quoted! ($275) I called them about the discrepancy. Oh, my gosh. I have never dealt with people that were so rude. The manager was extremely rude. I was being charged for transport to the lot and then transport from the lot to my destination. I told him that this was extremely high and unusual and quoted other towing companies, but he simply called me a liar!!
