Let's get one thing straight -- most colorists are clueless when it comes to getting blonde right. Even if they have the ""right"" zip code and charge $500 for color, most stylists miss the mark (too dark, too brassy, too damaged, etc). I've been to salons from Brentwood to Bev Hills from Fred Segal to Jose Eber and no one can do what Francesca and Heather can do. Whether I want to go ultra light or throw in some low lights, we sit down, have a full consultation and in the end I always leave getting exactly what I asked. They cover the spectrum when it comes to clientele but I'm strictly a blonde so can only review on what I know. In the past I've left other salons many times feeling disappointed that I just paid a fortune and haven't gotten the results I asked for. I've been coming here for more than three years and I'll never go anywhere else.
