Review content:
I originally went to this place because of all the good reviews. When I took my wedding dress in for a fitting everything seemed ok. When I got it back the first time there was loose threads hanging from it everywhere. I was told it would be cleaned up and look nice next time I came back. The next time I came back there was still threads everywhere but she told me when I got it pressed they'd be cleaned up. I was told getting my dress pressed would be $25. I brought my dress in the Tuesday before my wedding to be pressed and told them I needed to pick it up on Friday by 2:00pm at the LATEST. That it HAD to be ready by then. Well Friday comes around and I go in there at 2:15. My dress isn't finished, I point to my receipt and show the guy that 2:00p.m was written on there as the absolute deadline for it to be ready. His rebuttal was ""Well if you want a perfect dress then you'll just have to wait for it and come back later."" My rehearsal was at 3:15. We had to go back to pick up my dress in between the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and ended up being 40 minutes late to our own dinner because we had to go back to pick up the dress. Not only that I was charged $40 for the pressing when I was told it would be $25. After the dinner I looked over my dress and there was still threads hanging out everywhere and TWO areas right in the front of the dress where threads had been ripped out and left 3 inch marks in the dress, I was so disappointed and I will NEVER, EVER go here again. Cons: Horrible customer service, long waits at times during fittings.
