This salon should not be rated with five stars. I honestly wondered when I left if my stylist was high or durnk. I left with most of my hair sticking straight up due to over texturizing. About one month later, I had to cut 8 inches of length off, and it is only in the last month or so that the hairs that were cut WAY too short are inconspicuous. Without even telling the stylist I went to in Boulder to fix this disaster, she knew exactly where I had gone. Zing has a terrible reputation with sylists in Boulder, and for good reason. I have (had) long straight hair, and the cutting ""technique"" was completely inappropiate for my hair type - in fact, Aveda salons do not even allow it to be done. Please, stay away.
