Review content:
DO NOT use Peach Inspections. I would not recommend Peach Inspections, especially if you are a first time buyer. They were recommended by my realtor, and I was very na?ve as a buyer at the time. There were a few minor things missed in regards to the plumbing, but I just got them fixed when I found them, I didn?t call the inspector as I should have, my fault for not knowing my rights. I have been living, solo, in my house for abit over 5 years and have just decided to get my basement finished. My contractor went down and discovered a large asbestos problem, some very visible, and some very visibly covered with duct tape. He said it was very obvious and that my inspector should have seen this. Also, two asbestos contractors said that the asbestos was obvious, very visible and any inspector should have seen it. There was nothing in my inspection report about the asbestos, so I called and emailed Dan ( the owner) of Peach Inspections.
