We recently had friends in town and were looking for the perfect spot that has everything- great sushi, entertainment, drinks and something for my ""allergic to seafood' friend. We found the PERFECT PLACE- Aqua Blue in Roswell (off Holcomb Bridge/GA 400). From the outside it looked crowded, but as soon as we walked in- we were seated right away (we did make reservations). The service was incredible from start to finish. Adam was our server- he was always there when we needed him and was very knowledgable about the specials and how each menu item was prepared. We started with an appetizer trio that is very unique -& so incredible (calamari, a barbeque that is to die for and fried green beans with a special dipping sauce). Our friends raved about all three items. The mixed drinks and our bottle of wine was fantastic, but the main courses were the highlight. Between the four of us, we had the gorgonzola filet, the sea bass (which I highly recommend) and 2 orders of the BEST SUSHI you can get in Atlanta. Each of the managers came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. We will definately be back. The atmosphere is great for couples, friends, office parties, and even families (we took our kids there as well and they loved it). If you want to impress friends from out of town, this was the place to go.
