So I was impressed with their selection to begin with. I rented a few movies here and there, but last time I was there was months and months ago.
I just got a call from their manager, after I posted an initial review of their ""customer support""; my account was charged a ""late fee"" without notice after 7 months of inactivity, and I was quite unhappy with it. I guess I'm partly to blame though. I'll just remember not to sign any contracts without reading the fine print from now on.
I'll just stick to blockbuster where they send notice and don't overdraft my account.
Pros: big selection
Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR MANNERS
