MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO LOOK FOR SOME POTS LAST WEEK. WE WENT OVER TO THE VIKING STORE AT THE FACTORY ON SUNUDAY JAN 16, 2011 AT 3:10 PM TO PURCHASE THEM, AS WE NEEDED THEM SUNDAY NIGHT. WE CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE SUNDAY HOURS WERE AND WERE TOLD 12-4. THE SIGN ON THE OUTSIDE DOOR ALSO SAID THE SUNDAY HOURS WERE 12-4. WE WENT THERE AT 3:10 PM AND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. THERE WAS A GIRL SITTING BY THE CASH REGISTER WHO SAW US BY THE DOOR BUT SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED US AND WOULD NOT COME TO THE DOOR. WE WAITED ANOTER 20 MONUTS AND KEPT KNOCKING ONTHE DOOR. ALL THIS IDIOT DID WAS LOOK UP AT US AND NOT MOVE OFF HER CHAIR. WE WERE FORCED TO LEAVE AND TO SOME WHERE ELSE. GUESS WHAT? IT WAS A BLESSING IN DISGUISE. WE FOUND THE SAME ITEM AT TARGET FOR 40% LESS PRICE. WE FOLLOWED UP OUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BY WRITING A LETTER TO KEN FORTNER AT HADCO IN ATLANTA.... GUESS WHAT THIS KNUCLE HEAD DID?? THAT.S RIGHT HE COMPLETEL IGNORED OUR LETTER. AND NEVER GOT BACK TO US .. NOT SURPRISED
