Businiess name:  Farrago

Review content:
I feel like someone went to eat at Cheesecake Factory and started thinking ?hey, this is a great concept, but what if we did an upscale local version?? The idea of a menu featuring items from all over the world is certainly an easy way to please a crowd. Thankfully Farrago has not given into the novelty of their concept and continues to serve up quality food in a pleasant atmosphere with consistently sound service. While some may label their food as ?fusion? there is no fusing going on here. Dishes are individually influenced by their chosen region and flavors are not mixed across the categories. I?m grateful for this since the ?fusion trend? results in culinary disaster for all but the most talented and creative of chefs. At dinner time, Farrago prepares a mean burger: thick, juicy, your chosen shade of pink and topped with heaps of glorious cheese. For brunch, treat yourself to the brioche French toast stuffed with cream cheese. If it?s been a tough week, bottomless mimosas are an option.
