After living 2 miles down the road from kalga for about 1 year, and never visiting, my girlfriend and I decided to stop in for a bite to eat. This was 6 months ago and we have been going back to kalga a few times each month ever since.
Kalga Has: ambiance, mood, polite respectful service, fast seating, variety of menu items, and healthy great tasting food. This is why we love kalga.
Their fresh made eastern style rice pudding is to die for and their Chai tea is the bomb(although $2.00 for a small cup is a bit steep, I would buy more if it was $1.50 but that's just me. Their best deal is the $6.00 falafel sandwich. It is very good and if it was $10 I would still order it. Its also a great spot for a late night chill destination as well. I highly reccomend!
