Review content:
Service took over two hours. I had the prix fixe and my friends had just two appetizers. There were significant delays, no explanations and when my entree did finally arrive (due to some mix ups in the kitchen) it was not edible. They did offer to substitute it, but by then we'd had to ask about the status of my mean twice and my friend's salad once and I did not want to wait another half-hour.
My friend did not finish her food because it was unsatisfactory and no one once asked about it.
Service was terrible, but that's to be expected if teenagers are the ones serving your food.
I asked for a price reduction because of the quality of the entree and was offered 5 dollars off which I rejected as an insult. I had to get the dessert to go because we'd been there for far too long. They could not give me my coffee to go for some reason or another. While I am not a persnickety diner, this was above and beyond acceptable. I do not think in all my years of dining out I've ever asked for a price reduction for a meal, their attempts to ameliorate the situation were completely unsatisfactory. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
