Review content:
I love the staff at this office. I've been coming there for years, they have the best frame styles. I made the mistake of going to Costco like some coworkers said I am foolish to waste money and not go to Costco. Well I got the glasses and couldn't see well through them. I always kinda thought glasses were glasses. The manager at Gallery of Eyewear looked at the glasses determined they were made correct but the type of lens Costco uses is very different from what I have worn previous, hence the price differences. I guess I got what I paid for. So I returned the glasses and was a little reserved that the glasses from Gallery would be better. Low and behold a week later I pick up my glasses and my vision is perfect. I really appreciate the time Greg spent with me to figure out why the Costco pair weren't working and, making me ones that work great just like they have always done in the past. Lesson learned, you DO get what you pay for sometimes.
