I am not happy to have to write this - I have had good service at this business for almost 2 years, but for me it's all how they take care of you when there is a problem. They ruined a $40 (new) silk shirt and all they would say is sorry and we'll take the charge for cleaning it off your bill. I asked to speak to the manager / owner but told he was on vacation for 3 to 4 weeks... then they suggested that I contact the manufacturer of the shirt and ask them to replace it. I would have accepted some kind of credit towards cleaning services or something else, was not necessarily looking for a cash reimbursement for the value of the shirt but it was not open for discussion. The young lady at the counter politely told me this happens with these kinds of shirts all the time and they aren't responsible. When I repeated back to her what she said, she replied I didn't say that, I did not get an answer to the question of why, even if this only happens occasionally or even rarely, why don't they advise the customer of the risk in advance? Even though I liked this business until today, I will be taking by business elsewhere. I need a cleaner who stands behind the work they do. I suggest you consider the risk carefully before you use this dry cleaner.
