Gold Star Gymnastics is not a place for your child to be if you want them to have a good self image. Gold Star also is not the place to be if you, the parent, wants to be treated as a human being. The entire staff in general has no idea what each other is doing. You can ask the same question of 5 different employees and get 5 different answers, very unorganized. Everything looks as though it was thrown together at the last second. My child has had a birthday party there and it was in general a horrible experience. They were not made to feel special, everyone just ran around like maniacs. The coach did not warm them up or had anything set up for the party. Nothing was organized. I was not happy with the service but I got no compensation or answers when it was questioned. I would not recommend this gym...go to Naydenov.
