I'm a Realtor and have over 100 transactions. My preferred escrow office is CTC on Hamilton Ave. They don;t fawn and swoon all over you; they just do their work, and do it well.
Other agencies like Alliance and others that have to give you gifts at the drop of a hat always seem to be buying my loyalty rather than earning with their professionalism.
Chicago earns my trust AND my business.
Mary Kapler is my favrotite escrow officer. You need to go to one of her sign offs to really see what a good escrow officer can do.
