RUN AWAY!!! I have given them 3 yrs and they messed up my orders. 2009 they messed up a name (no big deal). They were happy to fix it. 2010 they gave us 10 girls trophies and 1 boy trophy. How do you mix that up unless you don't double check your orders. 2011 i ordered them on 11-23 asked if i picked them up on 11-30 (1 wk later) if that would give them enough time. The guy said YES, i go to pick up my trophies and they aren't even started. The manufacturer shipped them the boy trophies. Would you be on the phone and call that customer to let them know the order is done? NO CALL, nothing. Show up no trophies. They say they will be done tomorrow. We will see. Knowing them for 3 yrs, I doubt they will be ready in time for our party. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. RUN!!!!!
