I will say this I like my Park Manager she is ok to work with and I know I am going to get a call with in the week from her. I will say this about the main office I would rather talk with Hitler than call and talk with Kristin. This women would never talk to any one face to face the way she talks to them over the phone. It has to be so hard to have ADD and ADHD and no one likes you in life. The park I live in is clean and the people are really nice well there are two of them I could live with out but that is going to be any place. I have been reading all the post on here and I have to say when you are late with your lot rent you are just that late and you pay the fee just like with the bank if you wrote out a bad check. I will say this I never lived in a park that you have to mail in your rent check every month and not pay it at the office why even have a office? I wish you all the best in life
