Review content:
I am going to prefice this review by saying that this is not my first choice of BBQ destination. I was part of a larger group so there.
Service was great, and very attentive.
The food was OK, blah to blah plus.
Ordered the beef ribs which came out extremely salty. Not what one would expect when having this dish. It just tasted like they went to town on the meat, and no, it was not added at the end, it tasted baked in, know what I mean?
Also tasted the other meat items from friends and they too were on the salty side. Guess one of the chefs were in love that night, but please, keep it out of the workplace so the rest of us don't have to drink 3 glasses just to wash out the salt!
Anyhow, overall, please make sure you are heavily hydrated if you plan on eating here, OR do yourself a favor and go to Wood Ranch, or better yet, go to Baby Blues BBQ - now THEY know how to respect their meat.
