Review content:
Any place that rated 9.9 and had 11 great reviews was worth a shot. The table was ready when we arrived, the atmosphere was cozy but upscale, and the food and service were the same. My daughters loved their dinners -- the steak was superb -- and our other two entrees were excellent. The wine list was good, not overwhelming or intimidating, and our waitress's recommendation was perfect. Didn't sample the desserts, which we should have, as the desserts at the Redwood Room in the Clift Hotel were bland and over-priced. We had a very memorable dinner at Cafe Andree. Their suggestion for parking was pricey, better to park a few blocks away at Sutter St. Garage
Pros: Location, Hotel Rex lobby, Intimate setting
Cons: Parking
