FACTS: HOUSE 'SPRING CLEANED' 5/16/11. PAID $340. AGREED, WE WERE TOLD THAT 'STAFF HAD CALLED IN SICK' (WHICH SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THREAD HERE). NOT AGREED, TOLD BY ONE OF THE THREE PEOPLE THAT SHOWED UP: 'TWO OF US ARE DRIVERS AND WE DON'T NORMALLY CLEAN'. FACT: THE LADY WHO WAS CLEANING THE HOUSE FOLDED UP THE LIST (THAT THE OWNER TOLD US TO WRITE OUT) DID NOT READ IT AND STUFFED IT IN HER POCKET. FACT: 3/4 OF WHAT WAS ON THE LIST WAS NOT COMPLETED FACT: PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF DIRTY HAND PRINTS LEFT ON WALLS IN BATHROOM AND BEDROOM, COBWEBS LEFT IN SEVERAL PLACES. FOR 340.00 THIS IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH. WE CALLED THE OWNER TWICE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING AND SHE DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL BACK. AND 'DEBBIE' WE WERE NEITHER HOSTILE OR ANGRY IN THE VOICEMAIL WE LEFT YOU. I DO NOT CARE THAT YOU RECEIVE 80 PHONECALLS A DAY 9YOU SHOULD TRY AND RESPOND TO SOME OF THEM BECAUSE 2 OF THE 80 YESTERDAY WERE FROM THE SAME PERSON: ME. AS FOR CLEANING 200 HOUSES A MONTH - WELL DONE CLEANING IS YOU BUSINESS! SO WHY ARE YOU COMPLAINING? QUITE FRANKLY IM ASTONISHED YOU GET THAT MUCH BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. EXCUSES, POOR, OVER PRICED WORKMANSHIP AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
