Review content:
I went to Imagine for the first time in December to get a perm and trim. My stylist (debbie) completely ignored the description of what I wanted (big waves) as well as the picture i brought to help her visualize what I wanted. Instead of the 1 1/2 inch rollers I asked for, she convinced me to use 1/4 inch rollers.
Months later, my hair STILL looked like a poodle had nested on my head. I went back in hopes of getting it relaxed and (against my better judgement) was referred to the same woman who messed up my hair to begin with. She decided to do another perm and, again, I told her I wanted 1 1/2 inch rollers, but she went with the 7/8 inch. Now my hair is dry, frizzy and still WAY curlier than I ever wanted.
DO NOT GO HERE. I am probably too nice for my own good and didn't confront management with my problem, but a place that refuses to listen to the customer's requests is not a place I would care to drop another $170!!!! :(
