I had the misfortune of making an appointment to see this Family Practice Physician when I first moved to the area because I did not know any better. Being that I was a new patient, I showed up a few minutes earlier expecting to fill out paperwork. After doing so, I patiently waited, and waited, and waited in the empty waiting room (I was the only one there besides staff, it appeared). 45 minutes later, my son was starting to become restless and so the nurse called me back to a small room, informed me the Dr. would be with me in a few minutes, then shut the door. Had I known how slow this practice moved, I would have found someone (I didn't know anyone at the time) to watch my son. Again, 45 minutes go by as I patiently sit in this small room and finally decide to leave. As I was preparing to leave, Rena Robbins (Dr?) comes in the room and I politely asked her what was the delay and she replied that she moves SLOW! She was very rude (no apologies) and I told her I had been waiting for almost an hour and a half and did not see any other patients. I told her I was leaving because I had other errands to run and she said OK very nonchalantly. At this point, I had lost ALL confidence in this Physician . So a fair warning to any potential patients of hers, be prepared to wait a long time as she appears to move slowly and is in no rush to see her patients.
This was my 2nd appointment made because the receptionist never wrote me on their schedule for my original appointment (I made it for when my husband could watch my son) so I had to take what they had open and bring my son.
I usually don't judge a Dr. by how clean their facility is but this time I should have because the place was filthy as well.
