After spending thousands and thousands of dollars on one HVAC system and the repair of another, plus the very expensive seasonal maintenance fee per year, this company failed to oblige to the terms of the agreement, and Justin in particular chose to inform me his company would no longer be servicing me, undoubtedly because I did not opt to pay him 1500 dollar plus to install a 40 gallon hot water heater.
Pros: they claim they pass inspections easily and thats the draw
Cons: very expensive and terrible customer service/ attitude
