Dr. Kepner is a wonderful doctor and has fantastic, efficient staff. I've worked in a vet office before with excellent doctors, but he honestly surpasses them. Dr. Kepner takes the time to get to know not only the reason your animal is there for the appointment, but he takes the time to get to know your animal and their health history from the start.
I have never been held up waiting for an appointment, nor have I ever felt rushed out the door. Dr. Kepner gives you a full explanation of the diagnosis and treatment and writes up complete take home instructions if needed to ensure that quality care is given to your pet at home.
The prices are beyond fair considering the excellent care, service and medical technology given to your pet.
